The cost for each delivery shall be clearly indicated during the check-out process.
Usually, your parcel will be delivered within 14 business days to your designated delivery address. P.O. Box is not accepted as delivery address. We strive to ensure your orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, please note that external factors such as customs delays, weather conditions, and shipping carrier issues may affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
An order will be delivered to the address provided by you when placing the order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require sending orders to multiple addresses, you need to place a separate order for each address.
For international shipping, the price you pay to the Foundation will exclude all relevant charges that may incur for customs clearance, import duties, handling fees or taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these charges, duties, fees and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise you on the exact cost for the taxes and duties, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order. Please note the returned parcel will NOT be reshipped. You will have to place a new order again for the same items.

Should the merchandise be found faulty or defective, please contact us within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise. We will work with you to resolve any issues you may have with your order. The receipt of merchandise will serve as a proof of purchase.
